Treasurer
Nima is the Chief Financial Officer at PsychoGeriatric Services and Treasurer of GastroCares. She received her Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and her Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland, Global Campus. Nima is a CPA and has worked in healthcare finance for over 15 years.
Although she is now focused on behavioral health, she recognizes the important links between behavioral health and gastroenterology and remains committed to supporting gastroenterology awareness through her work with GastroCares. Gastroenterology is especially meaningful to Nima after her mom’s diagnosis and recovery from colon cancer.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, participating in a book club, and exercising
